These Terms govern your use of Munib ji, business-management software operated by Ritamvara Technologies, a sole proprietorship registered under GSTIN 07IALPS4664D1Z8, with its principal place of business at RZ-48-49, Sai Apartment, Uttam Nagar, West Delhi, 110059 ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using Munib ji, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Each phone number can hold one owner/admin account across the platform — the same number can still be used as a manager, employee, client, or CA under other organizations.
Munib ji is offered on the following monthly plans:
Each plan includes a free quota of managers, employees, and businesses. Going past that quota doesn't block you — additional seats are billed as add-ons at ₹29 per extra employee, ₹99 per extra manager, and ₹199 per extra business, per month, on top of your plan price.
First-month offer: where a promotional first-cycle offer applies, your first month on a paid plan is charged at ₹9. Every subsequent month renews automatically at the full plan price listed above. The ₹9 offer applies only to the base plan price — seat add-on charges, if any, are billed in full from the first month.
Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change pricing, but we'll give you reasonable notice before a change affects your renewals, and you're free to cancel before it takes effect.
Paid plans are recurring monthly subscriptions collected through Razorpay, including via UPI AutoPay. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method automatically each billing cycle until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not retroactively refund the cycle you're already in. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you. Persistent non-payment may result in your account being downgraded or suspended, but we will not delete your business data without notice — see "If your account closes" below.
Munib ji may award referral tokens for successful referrals. Tokens have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and can only be redeemed as a discount against your own future Munib ji charges, subject to the redemption conditions shown in the app at the time. Tokens expire 12 months after they are credited. We may void tokens obtained through fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive activity, including self-referrals.
You own your business data. We claim no ownership over the invoices, records, employee information, or files you put into Munib ji. We process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process the personal data of your employees, clients, and contacts through Munib ji, and for meeting your own obligations to them as a data fiduciary under the DPDP Act.
You agree not to use Munib ji to:
Munib ji provides tools to help you record transactions, prepare GST return drafts, calculate payroll, and receive AI-generated business suggestions. These are tools, not professional advice. We are not your Chartered Accountant, tax advisor, lawyer, or financial advisor.
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of your books, the correctness and timeliness of your statutory filings, and any decisions you make. GST return data generated by Munib ji is a draft for your review and your CA's review — it is not a filed return. AI-generated insights and recommendations may be incomplete or wrong, and should never be acted on without your own judgement or professional advice.
Munib ji integrates with third-party services including Razorpay (payments), WhatsApp Business API and MSG91 (messaging), Setu (GSTIN verification), and AI providers. We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those services, though we'll make reasonable efforts to keep integrations working.
We work to keep Munib ji available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to take the service down for maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you're paying for, we'll give you notice and the option to cancel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munib ji is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business, lost data, tax penalties, or interest on delayed filings — arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the total amount you actually paid us for Munib ji in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, or for prolonged non-payment. After closure, we retain your business records for the period required by Indian tax and labour law, and delete or anonymise the rest in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data before closing — please do so, as we can't guarantee retrieval afterwards.
Munib ji facilitates discovery and ordering between customers and independent local businesses (shops). Munib ji is not a party to any transaction between you and a shop, does not hold, route, split, or settle customer payments, does not deliver goods, and does not mediate disputes between customers and shops. The contract of sale — including price, delivery, returns, and what happens if something goes wrong — is strictly between you (the customer) and the shop you order from. Each shop sets its own delivery radius, prices, and policies; Munib ji does not set prices or guarantee availability, quality, or delivery times on any shop's behalf.
By placing an order through Munib ji, you acknowledge that you are ordering from the named shop directly, not from Munib ji. Payment is made by you to the shop using the shop's own UPI ID or other payment method — Munib ji does not collect, receive, or touch those funds at any point. The shop is solely responsible for fulfilling your order and for any applicable taxes, returns, or refunds under Indian consumer law.
Shops listed on Munib ji are independent businesses. We verify business identity where possible (GSTIN and Udyam registration) but do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service offered by a shop. If you have a complaint about a shop or order, please contact the shop directly. Your post-delivery rating and review help other customers make informed choices and help shops improve.
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we'll notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Munib ji after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Munib ji is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi. We'd much rather sort things out directly first — please write to us before escalating.
